Your upper body glow up. This Class targets your arms, shoulders, back, and posture with slow, controlled Reformer work designed to strengthen, sculpt, and define. Think strong lines, lifted posture, and yes — a seriously sexy back.
You'll feel the burn in all the right places as we fire up your upper body while keeping your core fully engaged.

Legs & Booty Sculpt
This is the class everyone talks about — and for good reason. Legs & Booty Sculpt lights up your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and thighs with slow, controlled Reformer work that burns deep and sculpts hard.

Jumpboard Flow

Pregnancy Flow
A gentle but powerful Reformer Pilates class created just for you — and the little one you're growing.
This class is designed exclusively for pregnant women, offering mindful movement to help you stay strong, mobile, and connected to your changing body.
You'll improve posture, build deep core stability safely, and release tension in your back, hips, and shoulders — all while nurturing space for breath, calm, and balance.
Every movement is thoughtfully tailored to support you through each stage of pregnancy, enhance mobility, and prepare your body for birth.
Whether you're new to Pilates or continuing your practice during pregnancy, you'll find strength, confidence, and grounding — in a calm, supportive space that's all about you.

Mommy + Baby Flow
A supportive and empowering Reformer class created for moms who are ready to reconnect with their bodies after birth. Mommy Flow focuses on core strength, pelvic floor activation, mobility, and posture, all while moving through gentle, flowing Reformer sequences.
This full-body workout blends control, coordination, and alignment with a strong emphasis on safe, effective movement — helping you feel strong, confident, and like you again.
And if you can't find a sitter? Put your baby in a car seat — we've got you.
Please note: You must be at least 7 weeks postpartum (and have had your postnatal check up with Dr.)
Suitable for moms with babies 2–8 months old.

Deep Stretch
Welcome to the ultimate full body release. Deep Stretch is your go-to Reformer class to release, lengthen, and recover. Move slowly and intentionally through deep stretches that unwind tension from hips, spine, shoulders, and more — exactly where your body holds on.
